I am looking for small to midsize content libraries. Must be HD and all must have matching photo sets and I'm willing to pay cash for exclusive or nonexclusive resell rights.

I'm not looking to be like the others who promise rev-share and deliver nothing but excuses I will pay you an upfront buyout fee to license your content.
