So everyone with more than 2k has to be verified AGAIN?? I already did this with epassporte 2x.

So the people that have actually spoken to the bank - what exactly have they said?? just that we will all get emails tomorrow?

Is that all they said?

Did you ask why we have to be verified again?

Also it is obviously just for over 2k right? since my accounts with smaller amounts are working just fine.

yeah nothing here either, mailed them a few times, called a few times.

I think a call to visa to complain that they are holding our funds and not laying on any staff/effort to deal with the verification issue after 1 month could speed these fucking tards up.

I mean they have suspended peoples funds for over 1 month now, money people need for bills etc and they are not seemingly making extra effort to sort this out. They should have atleast asked epassporte for the verified account details. I mean why were epassporte making us verify years back if not to pass details onto the bank and thus to tell visa we have been verified? seems like a complete clusterfuck.

Previously, I keep emailing them about how to request wire transfer and never got a reply. I tried my card at the ATM today and looks like I have to call the bank too. I have $3.9k in it. Anyone requesting wire?

did you send them an email with your first and last name + last 4 digits of your visa card asking to "verify" your account?

if not. do so.

kiss...my...fucking...ass!

I've already called several times, they've not answered - even after waiting upto 90mins. So if you have nothing useful to say then shut-it. I'm asking for information regarding the sknanb situation not your personal opinion regarding the method of my enquiry.

Virtual Visa pin number: How many digits does it have?

I don't remember my pin number. i would set it up online when needed. Can someone give me a hint how many digitis it has? 4? 6 digits? varying number of digits?

I guess I have 3 tries, if I know the number of digits i might guess it right

Not sure about the address either. Do they take the address registered for epassporte? i never cared too much about that address either, so I don't know if I can do on-line shopping without a pin number.

What if I guess wrong 3 times? Who can i talk to?
