I live in a major city in Poland, very close to Bohemia so more or less the same area. Today, 600 years later, I honestly do not see a black person more then once per 1-2 months at best. In rural Poland, you could probably go years between if you ever see one at all. I think it's more realistic that some villagers in rural Bohemia in the 15th century didn't even know black people existed.

Migration out of Africa took tens of thousands of years, going a bit north at a time. From what I've read, most people never left the surrounding towns and villages during those times so probably no more then 10-20km in a circle. I honestly think that some Czech villager during this time would have no idea black people exist short of maybe hearing some stories about them. Forcing in diversity for the sake of diversity in a game that tries to be historically accurate is stupid.
