No survivors after Russian plane carrying 71 people crashes near Moscow

"The AN-148 aircraft had disappeared from radars within two minutes of taking off from Domodedovo Airport in Moscow."

One of the passengers was Vyacheslav IVANOV. He is/was deputy director general at Rusatom Overseas.(Rosatom) - The Russian company involved in the Uranium One scandal.

Another passenger was Sergey Panchenko, the head of the Nuclear Safety Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Was this plane crashed in order to silence 2 witnesses who had information on the Uranium One scandal?
