Why do you think that some, I suspect most, in the FBI would want to try to stop the Donald from becoming President? I think it is because of the same reason the majority of Americans did not want him to be elected to the office in the first place and whom now, overwhelmingly do not support him at all.

His approval ratings appear to be in mid to high 30's. The highest I have seen is around 38%. I am not a real big fan of polls as they sucked big time in the last Presidential election. I have always been doubtful of the accuracy of polls though.

While there may be individual agents with political bias (mostly conservative I assure you), that doesn't matter. What matters is that the FBI as a unit is indifferent to politics.

Republicans can go fuck themselves with this stupid bullshit. When Black Lives Matter complained about the feds not investigating local police for brutality, Republicans stood up for the FBI. Everyone involved here is Republican. Comey and the top three slots at the FBI are all Republicans, and the four judges involved in the FISA warrants were all Republicans or appointed by Republicans. Comey, just before the election, made an announcement about Hillary Clinton that most likely cost her the election - but oddly enough nothing about Trump's collusion with Russia.

Now the Republican party - the very party defined by "law and order" - is attacking the FBI and trying to discredit them. The FBI has done nothing wrong - nothing wrong at all. There is a process to get a FISA warrant, it was followed, and there was no wrong doing and no exceptions made. Anything Nunes says is false - they FISA warrant did in fact mention some of the information (SOME) came from a political source.

This is bat shit crazy. We had a dozen investigations into Hillary and not once did she attack the FBI or the Justice Department. Yet here we are with Nunes releasing "memos" which are notes about a FISA warrant he never even bothered to read.

The FBI is going to finish it's investigation and it's going to be nasty. During Watergate some twenty-two people were charged. If you think it's going to be anything different this time you are kidding yourself.

If there was ever a move that had massive political ramifications it was this. Then 3 days later the fool declared the investigation complete with no wrong doing found (again). In the meantime Trump and his cronies chant "lock her up", and Trumps "Crooked Hilary" mantra sweeps the internet.
