That is correct but it happen only inside website/program which you use. Noticed how skype keep history log on their servers forever. But i dont care, it's not like they can make any money on nonsense which i telling people on skype :D

Not really, as it happen only inside website or their program, plus you agree to it when you clicking yes on TOS. Just remember when google chrome started, there was one line which was saying how everything what you doing in chrome becomes google property.
