My parents were brought here by their parents when they were kids. They grew up, had jobs, etc. My dad served in the Military. After he got out he had a career, paid taxes, raised some great kids who have careers, pay taxes, obey the law.

If they don't want to sell at a reasonable price, just put the wall around them, with their property on the other side.

Seriously though, eminent domain is pretty straight forward. If you can buy the land cheap now, you can turn a nice profit as they will typically offer top dollar. But if you hold out for an unreasonable amount, they can just take it at fair market value.

Exactly, it's not politically correct thing to say now a days, but good rule of thumb is the higher the percentage of blacks or hispanics in the community the bigger shithole it is.
