First time I try CCbill and...

I see what you guys are saying in former threads, they stink in conversions... this program Im pushing just switched to CCBill as processor for some reason and sales went to zero. One week so far and zero. Nada.... lots of join submissions, zero sale conversion... what could be the reason?

Don't blame it on the processor, what's your site? Is it responsive?

It's hard to imagine an IPSP switch is the cause for a huge drop in sales (assuming everything is configured correctly).

And what would you get usually in a week from them? Pushing enough consistent volume to get a fairly steady ratio and sales ratio with them before?

My affiliates are doing just fine with conversions. The sales continue to flow in constantly and very steadily throughout the day and evening hours ...and every single and evening day too.
I've been with CCBILL for 13 years now, with no issues at all. If you ask me, it's the program and definitely not the billing processor. Otherwise, I have no idea why my affiliates are doing so well.

I suggest you stop wasting time & put a bit of faith into my site, send some traffic & start making money! My site this month has had much more traffic sent & this has been going on for months, sales going up & conversion rate coming down...

today, just checked just now & my sale to traffic ratio´s at 1:100 this month. One review site, I won´t name, unless they don´t mind has sent just over 500 unique hits & has 7 sales & there´s many more from tubes & free sites.

Please, don´t think about things, get on & let´s make some decent money!

Declines from CCBill have been lower than normal if anything recently. Although processors probably do adjust their fraud controls regularly, I can't imagine it impacts sales at meaningful levels unless your target base are customers who mainly live in developing countries, have bizarre IP mismatches, use proxies when signing up, etc.

the program I'm talking is TeenCash, more than a week and zero sales... probably since they changed processor (about 10 days ago) things went very bad
I'm even thinking that there are actually sales processing but we affiliates are not being credited, I mailed titan this weekend hopefully getting an answer soon

WTF Am I missing here

i can think of few things, like

hard scrubbing .,
means declining/rejecting card way too often , they have their reasons., like previously charge back customer, or so.

ugly and slow join pages which loses surfer's trust .

some other shit.

check other ipsp 's join pages, they are fast, looks uptodate, and gains users trust .,

And he did not complain about not getting traffic to his site...

Processor can not let conversions through (examples of shaving, declining cards or other reasons).

So your total ratio (including tubes and free sites) is 1:100, yet you mention 1:71 ratio as some sort of the winner?

ps: I anticipate you won't understand what I mean here, so I will explain: total ratios are usually way worse than best ratios from review sites etc.

You were asked and you ignored the question: how many sales did you used to get before that? Was it at least 10/week?

yes, our worse ratio is probably a free tgp style site, 1:500 or there about, our average this month was 1:100

not sure what´s so hard to understand

I think its more about the banks the processors are connected to. For programs I work with who have jumped from ccbill to say, vendo services I have seen a 15-20% jump in conversions. Vendo also offers regional pricing which may help but from my experience the banks being used can be a big issue provided everything else has remained the same.

I believe you're right, it's more to do with the banks themselves

Sounds like a setup issue - do a test join with your affiliate code and see if it comes through.

It is hard to understand how come best ratio is so close to average ratio. Usually best ratio is MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH better than average ratio.

Hi Tammix,

You are making a huge mistake in blaming your payment processor for lack of conversions. I would urge you to look at your site, your sources and type of traffic, and for anything that may have changed recently before blaming the processor.

If you're sure its CCBill, there's a very easy way to test them. Did you try signing up yourself? If it works, you know CCbill's working.

Us long-term affiliates have a pretty good idea of when there is some form of barrier getting in the way, we communicate with each other, compare ratios, it helps us to know when something is getting in the way. With investigation you can normally pinpoint the issue

For fucks sake, post how many sales did you used to have before ccbill.
it is pointless to speculate withouth knowing sample size.
If you were getting 3 sales a week and then 0 - it may be normal.
If you were getting 30 sales week and then 0 - it is ccbill's fault.
etc etc

Don't you understand how crucial is this information?

CCBill has been hot garbage for well over a decade. Probably since forever.

Don't blame it on the processor unless it's CCBill. 1,000,000 apologists will not make CCBill not a no converting piece of fuck.

Really? It's hard to imagine that different card acceptance criteria could possibly change conversions? Or switching to the absolute shittiest processor in terms of getting a sale from credit card to affiliate payout?

They've had an insane scrub for 10+ years. Putting that 15% to good use, they need another plane.

I've been with CCBILL for 13 years now, with no issues at all. If you ask me, it's the program and definitely not the billing processor. Otherwise, I have no idea why my affiliates are doing so well.
Nothing to see here folks, this idiots affiliates are doing fine. Please ignore the 10,000 "CCBill doesn't fucking convert" threads, common sense and all rational thought.

Don't you understand how crucial is this information?
Doesn't really make a fuck when there is data going back a decade of shit going to fuck on CCBill. Remember that time they "fixed" the "bug" where you could see who was cutting off commissions after 1 month?

LOL

FUCK CCBILL
