You know everytine a Democrat is in the White House.... Republicans only care about the national debt when its a Democrat in office they can blame. Their proposed taxplan will increase the national debt by 1.5 trillion dollars, just so they can give billionaires a tax cut.

MEANWHILE... the middle class gets fucked, but hey they can blame liberals and their dumb dumb trailer trash voting block will buy it..


Of course it wont pass anyway because we all know stanch conservatives like Rand Paul will not agree to a tax cut which raises the national debt.. right...

Any bill that raises the deficit needs to automatically rejected.

Republicans need this to pass badly and the odds are already against it. Already they are making asses out of themselves. Instead of a "complete over haul of the tax system" they just moved some numbers around, and it's already having issues - and we are going into the holiday season. In the event they do get this passed they will declare a victory even though they've done what every administration before it has done, and if they don't pass it they will have gone an entire year without passing a major bill.

I've said this before - Trump is a business man and doesn't seem to understand how government works. In the business world it's two people who want to do business with each other. Government is completely different - it's two (plus) government parties in two different branches of government (and even his party will not always agree with him), the press, the general public, lobbying groups, and and other groups all with different goals, wants, and needs. This is what makes government so difficult - it's impossible to please everyone and you have to compromise. Trump told us he was a great negotiator but the reality is he cannot negotiate with different groups with vastly different goals, some of which do not want to do anything with the President.

From what little I've read they will keep the 401k in place, but greatly reduced the child care credit - wonderful. Right out of the gate I'm going to be paying more.

The whole field should pay more taxes, corporations, wealth. U.S. should start decreasing national debt. It will bite the U.S. sooner or later and it ain't gonna be pretty.

Big corporations overall in both U.S. and Europe have been under a tax immunity for too long. While the rest needs to work harder, this stings in people's eyes.

I never completely understood filthy rich people's lack of interest in paying taxes generally speaking, paying extra taxes should be obligatory. They can still enjoy life in their yacht in Monaco's harbor eating lobsters and what more.

After logically approaching it there's only one reason for it: GREED

An urge of more wealth more than you can spend. Pretty sick considering how long the corporate world included tax lawyers to plan their taxes, and it's been looked the other way by politicians and law makers. I get why, corporations have power, they can relocate, they can cherry pick where they want to do business and then cities or states lose work positions.

Sick system and both republicans and democrats are to blame.
