Any computer nerds hanging around? Dell T7500 pb7

Good old 234 flashing with orange power button
I've tried everything possible and while fucking with it for several hours I got it to post twice
One of those times I updated the bios

Same thing no matter what pb7 always
What do you think anyone have any big ideas?

It turned out to have water damage on the underside of the board. Once it was mine I went ahead and gutted the machine and I was going to try to clean it up and revive it when I found that but I destroyed the cpu socket.. it's doomed
