Vitamins
So I have a bottle of multi vitamins that I always forget to take because they sit in the bottle. Decided to pour them all into a bowl so now whenever I walk by it's quick and easy to take one like a bowl of candy, no unscrewing the lid etc...
Think I've been forgetting if I took one or not so I'll just pop another one. Go to take a piss and it's hella gold like I'm filled with nutrients. Honestly think my urine could gold plate shit currently. Back in the bottle I suppose as none a day trumps 5 a day.  |

I take a multi vitamin for men over 50 in the morning at at night, so nutrients that can be absorbed during the day can be absorbed during the day, and those that get absorbed better at night while sleeping can do that. I also take an Omega 3 Fish oil with added vitamin D midday with my diabetic meds...
I take all my other medications at pre determined hourly or bi-hourly intervals as instructed by my doctor through out the day |

if the vitamins are in tabs then they will oxidize when you leave them out of the bottle...if they are in caps then its ok...now if you want glow-in-the-dark piss you should take animal stack...it has plastic pouches full tabs, you open them and swallow a handful of various tabs and you can then piss like a jedi...
