What do I use to set "Alerts?" - GoFuckYourself.com

I'm looking for a particular car and it's getting rather tiresome searching the net every day on the chance that it comes up.

So I was wondering if I could set up something that will flag me whenever the car is mentioned.

I'm also looking into seeing if kijiji also has an alert option.
