Version 5.86 released not that long ago, for example to allow for javascript cropping instead of using Flash based picture cropping. It seems to be alive and active.
Also says: Smart Tube Pro 1.21 released! August 07, 2017 I know that's a different product, but if that one is being updated, it would seem likely to be able to receive support for the other scripts as well.
