I do not have to be an expert to know that one can prepare for natural disasters...but this costs money...and trump does not like it when the rich suffer to protect the poor from their chemical spills and explosions...your point is shit...as usual...

10 to 15 years from now we will see Texas dumb dumbs on 20/20 with all kinds of medical conditions and cancers linked back to all the Texas sludge left over from this Hurricane..
