So what cities are the Houston refugees going to destroy?
It started with New Orleans refugees going to Houston. Then Houston became a haven for global refugees in general. There is no way these people are sticking around.

August 21, 2006 HOUSTON — Almost a year after Hurricane Katrina caused the country's largest mass migration since the Dust Bowl, as many as 150,000 evacuees still live in this city, and increasingly many are indicating that they no longer plan to go home. To many Houstonians, that's overstaying the welcome. Houston's homicide rate has shot up 18% since the storm, and police statistics show that one in every five homicides in the city involves a Katrina evacuee as suspect, victim or both. On the bright side, Houston is about to get a lot nicer if history repeats itself.....
Crime in New Orleans dropped after Hurricane Katrina Apr 18, 2006 NEW ORLEANS- Crime in New Orleans dropped dramatically during the last three months of 2005 due to a smaller post-Hurricane Katrina population, police said. Nine homicides took place in October, November and December, compared with 64 for the last three months of 2004.
