That link I posted is the reason Trump is in power now, you should be furious about it instead of shooting the messenger

Both sides knew the rules from the start, HC was incompetent with her campaign strategy, so her presidency would have likely been even worse. Perhaps Bernie would have spread himself around more effectively

DNC fraud had a greater impact on our election process than Putin.

Sanders should have run a campaign as the candidate of the "new" party and as agent of progressive change. He stood some chance for reason of his long time standing in the US Senate and his possibility to compromise to enact legislation. Recent analysis shows that 10% of Bernie supporters voted for Trump. Bernie might have thrown the election into the House when no one had an Electoral College victory -- as things were intended to be. https://www.theatlantic.com/past/doc...t/deadlock.htm What's done is done -- get over it and move on. |

I don't believe the DNC did anything wrong here. The DNC wanted Hillary, and for obvious reasons.
Hillary was the perfect candidate. She has decades of exp, recently the State Department and Congress, had name recognition, and tons of momentum. Bernie, while very qualified, had no none of this. The DNC had wanted and prepped Hillary for this moment for the past ten years. I don't believe Trump won because Hillary failed, but instead because Trump made promises he could never keep.

Most people did not believe Hillary's experience as the Secretary of State was an asset. Wrong place at the wrong time maybe but she made some bad calls.

So it's official, American Democracy is like that of a Dictatorship where they choose who you get to vote for.

Bad calls on what? Benghazi? My lord this is dumb. It was a terrorist attack no one saw coming, and nothing we could have done would have changed the outcome. During the attack and directly after the attack they (including Hillary Clinton) went with what they knew, or thought they knew. After the fact they lied (including Hillary Clinton) to cover up a CIA operation - this is what the State Department is expected to do, and nothing illegal was done here. Sorry, Benghazi was a "nothing burger".

It's always been that way. The two parties pick who they want, and then we vote.

As far as I am concerned Hillary Clinton was a mistake. Saunders, who has been a self-declared independent for many years, should not have been allowed to run in the Democratic Party's primary contests.
Trump may have won because of the Democratic Party's fuck ups in 2016. Hillary was tainted goods regardless of any guilt or innocence -- they should have known better. Obama was smart enough to dump her -- that should say a lot. |

As a Democrat, I think it is their duty to make sure a Democrat is nominated and Sanders is not a Democrat.

Not in every State. Even so that's not a democracy for the people. It's rigged system.
