Paxum EFT delays (Australia) - 21 days and counting

Have been waiting 21 days for an EFT transfer to a Westpac bank account.

Anyone else in Australia (or Asia Pacific region) having issues with this?

RuthB seems to be M.I.A. and I can't get much more from support than "it has been passed over to accounting" and "waiting for an answer from processor"

I have 6 weeks of income from one program tied up within Paxum. I haven't received anything yet.

Apparently all motion ceased so they had to push it again. Restart from scratch. If I'm lucky I'll have it within a week...nearly a month after I requested the transfer.

Check your ETF history, las time I have two suspended payments. (for one I wait over 2 weeks) they don't inform me about it (What is a shame) but suport fix it very quickly.

Yeah mine is (or was) showing as suspended too. It's now showing as Validated since they redid it. I agree they should be proactively alerting customers about issues, rather than waiting for customers to ask what's happening.

Wasn't really that quick a fix here - I reported it 5 days ago. There has been some communication over that time, but it wasn't until today that something actually happened. Every step taken along the chain of support (frontline help, accounts, Australian EFT agent etc) adds more delays.

Side note: does anyone know where RuthB is? She was last active here nearly 2 weeks ago. Everything okay?

Yeah at this stage I think I'd be willing to pay the ripoff rate of $50 per just to get my funds delivered semi-reliably. That also hit a hitch when I was unsure how to properly add the account details - answer "You need to ask your bank how do you need to enter the information for receiving WIREs as they are the only ones that can provide this answer."

Can't fucking win with this company...

Now under bank account management my bank account says "Additional Info Required" to send EFT... fill in the fields marked red... but nothing is marked red, and all required fields are filled out.

I was going to add a second account in order to send a wire, but I'm afraid if I do it before they fix this latest 'problem' it's going to fuck things up further.

JFC. There are still problems. Now I'm trying to withdraw via EFT, and it's saying the SWIFT code is invalid.

SWIFT is for wires...

Hi Rowan,

I haven't logged into GFY for a while, so I didn't see your message (PM) until just now when I logged in here. I apologize for not getting back to you.

I'm glad you received your funds, and I'm sorry you encountered a delay.

For future reference, the best way to reach me is usually via email - [email protected]

Did you manage to resolve the issue you mentioned earlier today in this thread? If not, please let me know.

Thanks,

Ruth
