I read english and France special forces have the order to target western IS terrorist.
But Holland wants them back to help them reintegrate..... at least some left wing parties.
The minister president said once they better stay there dead than come back.
But not sure there is a special Dutch force active who kill the Dutch IS, i don't think so.

Better kill them there, than let them come back.
