I read the reconstruction costs for the damage to Mosul and its economy is closer to $100 billion -- that sounds exaggerated by 10 times. Still, if it is only $10 billion, 40 million GBP is only going to be basic relief aid.

Iraq has top ranked oil resources -- they should pay the war repair and reconstruction costs from their oil revenue.

As far as pissing way money on a border wall -- that is not happening. The money you speak of is for border enforcement and repairs to existing fences and infrastructure. The Great Wall of Trump is a Red-Hat Ambition and little more.

Trump doesn't seem to understand logistics. Much of the things brought into the US are shipped to Mexico 1st.

Thommy is right. The thing is a Wall is a help it won't solve the problem. What should be happening is a huge crack down on employers, landlords, families who assist, Social Services, etc. Make life in the West so hard you only come if your life is in real danger.
