Excellent idea. Apps need to be regulated as well, way too much evil going on there. It should be illegal for Google to know when I pick up my phone so they can send me a spam email a few minutes later, but it's not. They do the same thing with notifications as well. As a businessman I think it's awesome, but as a phone user it's evil.
