Attorney General Jeff Sessions under FBI investigation - hints at resignation

Trump "I will have the best team" "I will pick the best people"

#ThanksTrump

"Our judgment, as I recall, was that he was very close to and inevitably going to recuse himself for a variety of reasons. We also were aware of facts that I can't discuss in an open setting that would make his continued engagement in a Russia-related investigation problematic."

James Comey indicates the FBI knows something about Jeff Sessions and Russia.

Sessions is in charge of the Justice Department. Sessions broke the law when he lied under oath. President Clinton got impeached because he lied about a blow job but Sessions lied about secret communications with the enemy and... nothing.

This administration is full of criminals.

How long until he resigns? Or you think he'll be fired?

So fucked up that the FBI was witholding info from him due to Russian ties, yet he's still AG WTF?!

You just don't learn do you? lol

Did you see the "source" for that story?
And what "enemy" are you talking about? Russia?

You are so out of it on world affairs. The only "enemies" we have right now are ISIS, Al Queda, and a few other lesser-known radical Islamic terror groups.

Russia is our ALLY in the war against terrorism in case you didn't realize that.

We are not and never have been at war with Russia and there were no "secret communications" with our ALLY Russia. Every time that Sessions spoke with Russian Govt. officials as a U.S. Senator (which they ALL do ALL the time by the way), it was well documented officially.

Rochard, you are worse than Trump is with Twitter. Just STOP posting man!

Russia is not our Ally.

Ally's don't hack your emails and publish them worldwide Robbie.

You're cute, not very smart though

FYI:
Our govt. has routinely hacked the emails of other country's actual LEADERS.
Obama got caught doing it to Merkel a couple of years ago.
Germany is an ally.

Our govt. has routinely interfered in the elections of our allys. From France to England.
Just in the last year Pres. Obama PERSONALLY campaigned against "Brexit" and threatened our trade relations with the UK in an effort to influence voters in England.

He also sent federal money to Netanyahu's opponent in the Israeli elections.

We have been spying on our allies since the beginning of the country. And vice-versa.

Since it seems that many here have no idea of U.S. and world history...here's a quick question:
Who were the last people EXECUTED by the Federal Govt. for spying....and who were they working for?

Was it Russia? Nope. North Korea? Nope. Even ISIS? Nope.

It was Mr. and Mrs. Rosenberg giving away our Atomic secrets to our ALLY Israel in 1953

Reading a lot of the threads on GFY really shows how lacking the public schools are. Most of y'all don't know shit about history or the world or govt.

Nor do you. "Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were United States citizens who were executed on June 19, 1953 after being convicted of committing espionage for the Soviet Union."

You are 100% right. My mistake.

But my point is still valid. Jonathan Pollard for instance in 1987 working for our govt in the intelligence community was convicted for providing top-secret classified info to Israel.

But I guess I screwed myself in this argument with my dumb mistake on the Rosenbergs.
I shoulda googled first instead of relying on my memory.
I pulled a "Rochard". Now I must pay the price by ceding the argument.

you should have just denied it or spun it another way.

Rochard rarely if ever admits he is wrong and he's wrong a lot.
