VR Bangers silently stopped crediting affiliates? CCBILL program now has Epoch only on join page

1. It started out with a CCBILL affiliate program, with CCBILL as the biller on the join page.

2. They added Epoch as an extra option on the join page. It didn't look like part of the cascade. So probably only paying affiliates for a fraction of the referred sales from that time.

3. Now it seems Epoch only, CCBILL is totally gone. Sales totally gone too, on my end.

4. They even removed the affiliate link from the footer.

I can't be 100% sure, but it looks like affiliates are not being credited anymore. Have you been getting VRBangers joins in CCBILL the past month?

idiots and many sites are doing the same. But also, CCbill should reduce that scrubbing rate somehow , and stop loosing clients.

Dear Affiliates

We are transferring all of our affiliates to epoch using the existing CCBill tracking links. Once the transfer is done you should see all the stats in your affiliate program. Hopefully, this will be done sometime next week.

All cookies are being tracked and sales are tracked as well. Even though we have epoch and you have existing CCBill tracking codes.

We apologize for the misunderstanding and be sure that you will get your revenue up to the last cents.

Please feel free to add my On Skype if you have any more questions or Concerns.

This is something that will be sorted out up to the last penny for all of our affiliates, no need to panic we are not here to scam or steal, it is our interest to have you all happy and "fed"

Thanks for the reply.

1) It's not clear, where exactly are you transferring affiliates to? EpochStats? NATS? Some in-house system?
Who will be paying the affiliates in the future?

2) How are sales tracked & assigned to affiliates right now? How does your system know which sale goes to which affiliate, if the CCBILL affiliate ID is not sent to Epoch?

3) Do I understand correctly, that missing sales will appear in the new system?

Hi, We will be transferring to epoch stats as a temporary solution and we will soon have our own affiliate platform.

We will be doing all payouts manually now. Right now we only have epoch.

All sales should appear in the system once we have it up and running.

I cannot speak for everyone, but migrating from a trusted affiliate payment solution to a temporary competitor-to-CCBill solution, and then once again to an in-house platform instead of spending the money on a trusted affiliate backend like NATS is likely going to make some of your affiliates wary about everything.

I'm not one of your affiliates, but well aware of the perception some will have by migrating to an inhouse program instead of something people trust.

Either way, good luck with your move.

EpochStats is still online, you can view the stats. They only stopped doing the payouts, the programs have to pay affiliates on their own now.

Now whether new affiliates can still register in the system, I have no idea.

Can you explain how can you technically make "the lost" sales counted? Can you give your own story of what has happened with the whole billing switch process and affiliates with exact timeline?

Hi, we will look at the last 6 month and do calculations's of the rough numbers of the sales+rebills and come with the right price for the affiliate, we will wire the money to him, so far only 1 was missing his data from the 15 but already got sorted out for that and our formula worked perfectly.

We can track sales+rebills+date and more info of each affiliate.

couple questions

1. so your affiliates, linking to ccbill link code is 0% chance of making any $ right now?

2. previously, "our sales" would be calculated by your own estimates vrbangers?

3. vrbangers, the email you sent to affiliates, i never received it, can you please let me know when you informed us of any affiliate-side changes? I will check spam folder maybe it got lost there. This being such an important issue, i'm sure you did email us

Thank you

First you said everything is being tracked, now you're saying you're doing do to estimates based on past performance?

There's a contradiction there.

haha, another success story in the making. I'd put money on the day they launch their own affiliate program the min payout will be $150.

But congrats on your magical calculations.

Nothing magical, just an algorithm we are making that's all... why so hard to understand? So far as I mentioned before, only one of our affiliates contact us in regards to the missing payment and already got sorted out and he is very happy to stay with us. Soon we will get Epoch going and all of the Data and trackings will be there. (Not magically appear...)

Of course that Harassing us and bring up some false claims will touch a nerve... Our goal is to make sure no one will get hurt from this "move" migrating to another affiliate company is not as easy as it sounds, especially if you run Magic Members. We will get everything sorted out, and we are willing to pay extra for those who suffer from this process. We are always happy with our affiliates and it's our every intention to keep them happy and we welcome them to write us/me at any point if something doesn't seem right, we just want to get out of CCBill as many of our top affiliates suggested and we listen.

Hi,

What I meant is that if for some reason the tracking was not 100% then we will have to calculate the different for the past 6 months and take look at sales conversions+recurrings.

If you want to understand it better, please email me, it is hard to follow everything around here, That's why my reply came late.
