30 days of sperm retention! Here are my results....

I have not went more than two weeks without draining my balls since boot camp when I was 18.

I am happier, more energetic, and my metabolism has increased. I was 225 lbs for years but just in the last few weeks I have lost 10 lbs. I just need to lose 20 more lbs and shave my back to get back to being a sexy beast. I also have more will power to stop smoking pot all day long so not eating as many munchies and instead am making smoothies with berries and greens.

What finally did it or me and inspired this drastic change in lifestyle was a video that stated the more fat around your belly the more testosterone you lose.

Anyone else try sperm retention?

Did you ever think that the changes to your body came from the shift in eating habits? Keeping sperm isn't going to melt body fat.

If I don't shoot a load from sex, I do it from beating my meat -- and I rarely go more than three or four days. My wife sleeps naked and has a bangin body so I split them peaches at least three or four mornings per week and might even bust a nut in the shower after the gym on the same day -- and then fuck her again before bed or get a blow job to knock me out.

...and I'm ripped with a body like Brad Pitt in Fight Club. That's good empirical evidence that busting nuts on the regular doesn't make you fat.

Eating junk food or too much food in general and being a sloth-like human being is what makes you fat.

The problem is a basic unconscious incompetence about being fit. Meaning, "you don't know what you don't know".

Just track your calories, eat at your BMR and burn calories with weights and a little cardio. That's the broad answer. If you really want the detailed answer I guess I could give you some advice that will get you on the right track.

It's a long game, not something you do for 3 months and then stop. You do it until you're laying in a coffin. The real secret is making lots of little changes which you barely notice, and it becomes part of your life until you actually like doing it. Keeping a six pack year round isn't some tenuous state I barely hang on to...it's actually easy because I live a lifestyle that makes it easy. What I'm saying is, it doesn't feel like hard work.

My brother in law is a fat guy and asked me why I got fit...not how I got fit, but why. He takes pride in "enjoying life" as he puts it. I told him my idea of enjoying life is knowing I look good with my shirt off. It was partly a jab at him, but it's an honest answer. Having a fit body is way better than drinking beer and eating pizza -- not that I don't enjoy that sometimes.

Thanks for the advice. I am lean, so I don't have fat to burn off me. Just always wanted to be rip like Brad was in that movie. I don't want big muscles like a body builder, or any thing like that.

I find when I don't I just end up wanting and thinking of it more.

Some of my best days are when I train hard, eat well and sleep enough. This is pretty much common sense.
