I still use it for some old ass laptop to run some old PC games and Emulators

One of my laptop still runs on Windows XP. Never gets old, it still functions accordingly.
My other laptop is on windows 7.. and the rest of the laptop and PC is on Windows 10 for many reasons  |

i have a desktop with xp to play age of empires, rome, and red alert all of them, i really miss playing them online, was great in the noughties

I have XP on my Macs as ACT!, Mailwasher PDFill and WebEasy don't make an OSX version.
Also the easiest to use database, Lotus Approach only works under XP, as IBM bought it about 20 years ago and has never upgraded it. I also use Quickbooks 99. Why pay for the latest version of Quickbooks if you don't use it for payroll. The newer versions just have more bells & whistles, for more money. |

The only reason I'm using Windows 8 is because they stopped security updates for XP.
Apart from the dumb full screen apps it's turned out to be pretty much the same under the hood (hit Windows-D and there's your desktop and taskbar). So I'm glad I did upgrade. |
