More Bladewire lies.
The Politico article has no mention of ticket sales but it does mention that "Due to an unforeseen change in President Trump's schedule, we will need to unfortunately postpone the previously scheduled rally in Cedar Rapids on June 1st," according to an email sent from his campaign Saturday.

There is no mention of low ticket sales in that article either. You're still a liar.

Reeling From Russia Scandal, White House Cancels Trump Iowa Rally

"The White House appears to have gone into full bunker mentality mode over the Russia scandal by canceling a scheduled Trump rally in Iowa next week."

"The White House is trying to set up a team of lawyers to vet Trump?s tweets before he publishes them. They are also managing his schedule so that he has no time to tweet, and they manage his TV time because cable news gets him riled up and makes him want to tweet."

Now he's "rescheduling" and they're getting a SMALLER VENUE for later in the month

Pretty soon he won't be able to fill a motel 6 conference room

"Trump had planned to hold the rally at the DoubleTree By Hilton Cedar Rapids Convention Complex in Cedar Rapids. His last visit to Iowa was during his "Thank You" tour as president-elect in December."

Still no mention of low ticket sales.....still lying.

Here is the article from the Des Moines Register
Trump rally in Cedar Rapids postponed; send-off planned for Branstad

No mention of low ticket sales. You are a propagator of fake news, twisting facts to support your political views. Zero credibility.

I don't care why he is canceling it or how many people go to his rallies. He has a Russia scandal blowing up around him. It seems like every day there is a new scandal. He just met with our allies in NATO and they seemed anything but impressed. He and his party forced through an abortion of a healthcare bill and he just proposed a budget that breaks many of the promises he made during his campaign.

Maybe he should stay the fuck home and do his job instead of spending his time flying to Florida to golf and flying around the country so his supports can cheer at him while he thanks them for voting for him then returns home to fuck them with his policies. If he really wants to thank them, he should stay home, get his administration together, and do a good job.

Bladewire has gone into total meltdown mode and has to post fake news that he makes up himself as his only available means of bashing Trump.

Probably has something to do with the Montana election where the Democrat was sure to upset the Republican. Yet even though that Republican choked and bodyslammed a reporter, he still won.

All of this left wing rage. All of these sure thing upsets that will supposedly foreshadow GOP doom in 2018..... Yet Republicans keep on winning.

This is a Trump nation. He won something like 85% of all counties.

GET OVER IT.

1) there are no new daily scandals. the press hates him passionately, is making up a lot of bullshit, & you are falling for it. you are disappointing me...you used to be smarter than this. still waiting for the sources for all this dirt to step out of hiding...oh yeah...everything is 100% secret unverifiable sources. you know, like a TABLOID. not that you libs care about facts anymore.

2) nato giving him a cool reception? NATO is packed with euro-libs...what did you expect? a red carpet?

3) your last paragraph was emotional partisan gibberish & not an argument. What is he supposed to do if congress is not passing anything? or did you forget he had to beat the GOP to be president? he is doing plenty of work at mar-a-lago, like ordering missile strikes. so stop whining.

if you too are succumbing to partisan distorted liberal media bullshit, than you're not as bright as i thought you were.

Saying daily was an overstatement, but it feels like new information is always coming out that causes more smoke with his administration. This is not the liberal media and Democrats just making shit up. The House and Senate are actively investigating his administration as is the FBI. He had to get rid of Flynn and Sessions had to recuse himself. Maybe all of this will turn out to be just coincidence and maybe it won't but to say it is just bullshit being made up by liberals is being intellectually dishonest.

Actually, yeah. A red metaphorical red carpet would be nice. The US is NATO. Without us it is a shadow of what it is. I actually agree with him when he says that NATO members need to be paying their share, but it just seems like he rubs everyone the wrong way. Maybe it would be okay for him to develop a good relationship with our allies before pissing them off. We need help in the Middle East and with North Korea. Now is the time to make friends, not be an ass.

I think it is stupid for him to hold a "Thank You Tour." I understand that a President wants to take his message tot he people. I also understand he can work when he is in Florida or flying to some rally, but he is not taking any message to the people other than "Love me, please!". To me, it looks bad when the GOP can't seem to stop fighting long enough to get anything of value done. Meanwhile, the leader of the party, Trump, is flying off to some place so people can cheer for him and make him better because he doesn't like it when the media is mean to him and wants him to tell the truth.

Sure, the GOP didn't want him, but HE chose them. He is now their leader. He made this bed, he has to lie in it.

It's not partisan liberal bullshit. I have no stomach for partisanship of any form. I am a realist. Trump stood on that stage every night during his campaign and made a bunch of promises. One of those was that his healthcare bill would make it so everyone would have much better heathcare at a fraction of the cost. The bill that he endorsed and helped get passed does nothing of that sort. He stood on that stage and said he wouldn't cut Social Security, Medicaid, or Medicare and yet the budget that his office released does exactly that. I understand the budget has to pass Congress and they will make big changes, but this budget represents his "wishlist" wich apparently is to do exactly what he said he wasn't going to do.

So, yeah, if wanting my President to stay home and deal with the problems this country is facing instead of flying halfway across the country so a group of his supporters can fondle his balls and make him feel loved makes me stupid, then I guess I am a dumbass.

Even these people are slowly turning their back on Trump in droves. Even more when 28 million lose their health coverage, because they all clearly have pre existing mental disorders.

would you like to wager whether any investigation finds a crime of collusion? you are oh so convinced of guilt simply because of investigations. lets bet.

CBO said the bill would reduce cost. so yes it does something the "affordable care act" failed to do. but yes he said he would protect people & that is a broken promise. He is really in no position to work with congress on these matters since both parties hate him.

It seems that Russia is only playing in D.C. and GFY.

"On Friday?s edition of PBS? ?Washington Week,? Associated Press Congressional Correspondent Erica Werner said that ?several lawmakers of both parties? told her that ?they do not hear about this issue in town halls, from their voters when they go home. They don?t hear about Russia.?

Werner stated, ?I?ve heard from several lawmakers of both parties?that they do not hear about this issue in town halls, from their voters, when they go home. They don?t hear about Russia. They hear about healthcare. They hear about jobs. So, they aren?t getting pressure from constituents, even Democrats, on this issue.?"

I have no interest in a bet as I have no idea what is going to come of the investigations. At this point, I think the odds are just as good that it will end up being nothing as they are that it will lead to something bad. I do, however, feel like we owe it to ourselves to investigate and see if there is anything there.

I don't buy the "Lone Wolf" bullshit. He isn't Wolverine or Hector fighting alone against the unwashed masses. He chose his path. He chose to be confrontational and much of the media hate he gets he brought onto himself. He picked the Republican Party. He could have run as an Independent. He has plenty of money to self-finance the entire campaign, but he chose the Republican Party. Now he has won and by winning the White House he became the leader of the party. Whether they like him or not isn't my problem. He picked them, he is now leading them, he needs to find a way to make this work.

I understand he is not a typical "polished" politician so he is going to do things differently. That's fine. I'm okay with sometimes embracing the madness. I am just sick of his whining about how badly he is being treated and his constant pandering to his base to love him and how he feels the need to constantly remind us how he won when people sad he wasn't going to. He asked for this job. He got it. Now do it.

I don't doubt that for a minute. I think most people are more worried about having a job and affordable healthcare. Those are more pressing events in their lives than any Russia scandal. Hell, I'm one of them. I have a pre-existing condition so healthcare is a big issue for me. I would, however, argue, that the job of law enforcement is not to just investigate and go after laws that people want to hear about but the law in general. If there is a worry that Trump's campaign colluded with the Russians, we should investigate it. To be honest, I hope they don't find anything actionable and this is all a big goose hunt. If we find that they there was collusion it will potentially send shockwaves through our electoral system and put the word out to our enemies that even our leaders at the highest level can be manipulated.

Still a liar with zero credibility.
The title you created for this post is an unsubstantiated lie as usual. You need to resort to lying to support your position. Sad.

It is what it is. Yes our leadership at the highest levels has been manipulated. Flynn is a traightor, and Flynn lied to the VP, and the VP believed him. That's a known proven fact so the cats out of the bag.

If there was a balance of power in our government Flynn and others would have likely been charged already. Justice in our country should be a non partisan issue, but the Republicans believe in party first and the law doesn't apply to them

Oh in no way am I saying that because the public doesn't care, that Bob Mueller doesn't do his investigation. But all the huffing and puffing and saying this is going to kill Trump's presidency, and the republican party, and is why Trump is canceling his event on the 1st in Iowa, is all just pure nonsense, up until the point the investigation report says Trump committed a crime, or he didn't. If Mueller says Trump committed a crime, then the public will care. Until then they just don't give two shits, and at this point, the media, and GFY left, is just wasting their breath and keystrokes. They go their special investigator. Now sit back and see what happens.

And Kane, I am not accusing you of that at all. You are one of the EXTREMELY small group of Democrats/Liberals that are rational and have any credibility talking about politics on this board. I wish more followed your lead.

I don't agree with Bladwire, but I doubt this was because of a "schedule change". These things are planned out weeks or months in advance; It costs tens of millions of dollars for the president to fly across country for a few hours. Even though this has been canceled, we have already paid for it - There are already hundreds if not thousands of Secret Service members on location prepping for this event.

He surely didn't cancel this because of a schedule change. His world is crashing down around him; He doesn't have time to giving speeches.

I heard someone, I can't remember who it was, state that all this stuff about Russia, Trump, investigations etc. are all just exhausting. To me, that is the perfect word for it. I think there is a small group of people that feed on it one way or another and the news is catering to their endless appetites for it. I would rather they devote that time to his budget, the healthcare fight, the situations in the Middle East and North Korea. Like you say, let Mueller do his job and let's see what comes of it. If it is bad, we deal with it appropriately. If it turns out to be nothing, we move on. All that said, I think Trump plays into it and creates at least some of this chaos himself. He can't seem to help himself when it comes to talking/tweeting. It is almost like he is secretly enjoying it. lol

Vetting should be a mandatory requirement for every President before they are allowed to run.

The Electoral College should be abolished because it failed to do its job this election, it's useless and Trump himself said this during the election.

Hear, hear.

100% on Trump playing into it. He's a shit stirrer without a doubt. He likes to keep the waves always rolling on all things.

Once again Bladewire proves he's become completely delusional with

Trump Derangement Syndrome

Hey Bladewire: Hillary is a criminal. Bill is a rapist. Obama has a fake birth certificate.

Trump won 83% of US counties.

Accet it & move on. Enjoy life.

Or not - please keep posting these epic meltdowns!

The only reason Fuckhead Trump does these rallies is to surround himself with idiots that cheer for every cutsey-and-meaningless catch phrase. Maybe he's finally starting to run out of idiots.

Pretty sure that they don't sell tickets to political rally.
That would be only for Hillary-style elitist fund raising dinners.
Public rallys to see the President are 100% free.

You are aware that Pres. Obama did these rallys too as a way to pressure Congress by showing the public's support

Personally I don't know why anyone would want to attend a political rally.

Looks boring to me

Many years ago I went to see Bill Clinton speak when he was in town. He was speaking at a big park in downtown Portland and at the time I worked very close to it so I walked over to check it out. It was very boring. Basically, about 2 hours of local politicians speaking then Bill spoke for about 20-25 minutes and it was over. I spent about 90 minutes waiting to get in, another hour to get out with all the people. Never again.
