Anyone else having trouble getting paid by Epoch?

Just wondering if anyone else who uses Epoch is having this problem.

A couple of years ago, we began missing checks from Epoch or receiving them days or even weeks late, and we were told by Epoch multiple times that "no changes have been made? on their accounting side or check-cutting side that could possibly cause that.

But then, upon additional investigations, it turns out that changes HAD been made after all, which is why we suddenly stopped getting our checks in a timely fashion.

When that discovery was made, more changes were implemented by Epoch after that to fix the problem -- which happened -- and then we began receiving our checks without fail in a normal time frame, which continued until just this month.

Now, once again, we are not receiving our checks and have still not received this most recent one and I?m being told the same story again that ?no changes have been made". We are missing two out of a possible four checks for this month.

Epoch's response to this, once again was to tell us "no changes have been made" that could possibly cause this, which we find very hard to believe, given that it happened before and they wouldn't admit it, and now we are missing two checks in four weeks. That simply cannot be a coincidence or the result of an unconfirmed address (their other excuse). We are getting all of our other mail, so why is the US mail suddenly losing only Epoch?s checks?

Their checks are pre-postmarked in-house, meaning the postmark is printed on it when the postage is put on it, so it is impossible to tell when the check is actually mailed. Theoretically, someone in their accounting department could cut the check, print the postage on it in-house with the postmark and then not mail it for a week or two (or ever) and no one would have any clue, because the US post office does not re-postmark a letter that already has one on it.

Unfortunately, we have not gotten any good answers from you Epoch on this, other than a boilerplate "can you confirm your mailing address? question, which is not the issue here because our address has been unchanged since we started with them years ago.

Just wondering if any other webmaster out there who also use Epoch have had or are currently experiencing this problem.

Thanks in advance.

There are no known issues with payments.

Please contact me with your mastercode and I will get back with you.

No offense, but we are not asking you guys. We are asking other webmasters here who also use Epoch if they are experiencing similar issues.

We are asking this for obvious reasons, i.e. we have been told already by Epoch and our reps over there that there "are no issues" yet we continue to have them repeatedly.

Missing 50% of our checks is not a coincidence or a one-time thing. This has happened repeatedly over the course of years for us and past assurances from Epoch that "there are no issues" have turned out to not be true.

Have you never heard about Wire or Bank Transfer?

Sorry, if this is not a thing with Epoch. But your complaint sounds silly taken that into account.
