One of Britains biggest landlord, a 70yr old give directives to his agents.

He first ordered the agents not to rent to battered wives, single parents, low income and zero hours workers, or plumbers & then continued to make one further order...

"not to let his properties to ?coloured people?, because the smell of curry ?sticks to the carpet?."

Holy crap, but seems the guy does know what he wants & doesn´t seem to be bothered what he looks like to others to accomplish his business!
