OP why do you bring race into this story? the father was a fucking imbecile. running from cops so he can catch up to a GF so he can drop off the kid in case he's arrested? rammed into a police car? was high on drugs & alcohol at the time?

Here is the full video. The cops originally claimed they were attempting to serve a warrant, but none actually existed. They also said he was attempting to run them over, but that isn't what the video shows.
