I believe you are looking for someone to do this for you but.... If you use something like YNOT Mail it's rather easy. We handle the problems, make sure you stay off the naughty lits, we white label your email addresses, etc....

Yes I am using YNOT, but I want to hire someone to do it for me. Come up with the ideas, promotions, design, etc.
