Trump would not go to jail unless there was actual real proof of this, with actual witnesses and sworn statements, etc. The sub-title of the article includes "Appears to be", after all.

Trust me, I'm all about proof. So far it LOOKS like Trump is a "bad dude" (his words), and it "looks like" he has all kinds of ties to all kinds of nasty people. It's easy to draw conclusions form appearances but appearances isn't what puts people behind bars. Only facts.

I just saw a few minutes of the OReilly Factor on Fox News while I was eating a sandwich.

O'Reilly had a Senator from Arkansas on who is on the Intelligence Committee.

He wouldn't answer anything outright that had to do with intelligence gathering, but O'Reilly pushed him hard and got him to admit the he KNOWS which agency leaked the conversation between Gen. Flynn and the Russian ambassador. (which is a felony to leak that)

Anyway...the interview was pretty interesting as O'Reilly really kept dogging this Republican to give him some info on what they know.

The one thing that really caught my attention was this:
He explained that the DOJ was run by the Obama Administration until Jan. 20th.
And that the FBI is of course...part of the DOJ.

He said that all of the former Obama officials who worked there until Jan. 20th had access to all kinds of classified info. And he said it doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out that those Obama people are the "Former DOJ and FBI officials" that the media uses as their "Source" for the allegations they keep making on a daily basis.

My guess is that the "unnamed US official" was a Democrat who worked under the Obama administration and is just as angry about Trump winning the election as all the Democrats in Washington D.C. are.

CNN and the New York Times and Washington Post and Rolling Stone and pretty much any media outlet aren't telling us who these sources are...because they know that the story's would no longer hold any credence if it was revealed that it's political b.s.

That's just the way things have been since Trump won the election.

Funny how since day one of Trump taking office, the Democrats have funded, attended, and publicized protests in the streets against Pres. Trump and Chuck Schumer (who has been a close friend of Trump for decades) came out and said that he would lead the Senate Democrats to oppose ANYTHING that Trump does. Doesn't matter what it is or if it's beneficial to helping people get good jobs or even if Trump cures cancer...Schumer and the Democrats are going to oppose it.

Sounds exactly like what they said Trump SHOULDN'T do when they erroneously thought Hillary was going to win. lol

There are LAWS regulating all USA corporations' foreign dealings -- US Laws may have been violated -- that is why.

Last I heard the Trump Organization is a US corporation subject to US laws.
Donald J Trump is an officer of the corporation, Chairman of the Board at the time this occurred most likely. Corporate Officers can be criminally liable as a corporation is a legal person -- the legal person (the corporation) cannot be sent to jail.

I'm not just realizing anything Paul. About 20 years ago, right before I moved to Australia, I had a really long deep conversation with a very good, extremely successful, and very smart 65 year old friend of mine she told me the system is rigged, there are 2 Americas, and they've been switching power back and fourth like clockwork for generations, and I believed her. Current day, she told me Hillary couldn't win because it's the Republicans turn. She was right.

Hopefully you're aware the only way for our systems to change worldwide is a big war with a lot of destruction, which could be coming.

America has 3 branches of government that balance our power. No matter how shitty Trump is, and how much he wants to destroy the system, the other two branches will compensate. (i.e. If Trump wants to find something, he has to go through congress, they are the purse strings.) They will not find Trumps wall scam.

In America you can't break the system from within and any president (the executive branch) has no power to change or destroy the 535 members of congress (Legislative) or the supreme court (Judicial) and vice versa.

The GOP in congress is fighting Trump he is powerless but for creating executive orders & controlling the military.

If Hillary was POTUS the GOP would be fighting her as well because the are the majority in the House and Senate (Congress)

It might not be now, it might not be during his administration, but eventually we will have a democratic President again. And that President will expose everything. And everyone remotely involved in this will go to prison for the rest of their lives.

The reality of this is (in theory) is that the people who work for the American intelligence community "serve at the pleasure of the President". But let's be realistic here - these people have a much higher calling; They serve the American people. The NSA, CIA, etc, have tens of thousands of people working for them. Some of these people not only have access to these secrets, but also believe in our country, they know right from wrong, and they will be willing to potentially violate the law in order to expose a corrupt President. This has already happened before with Watergate with "Deep Throat" - the deputy director of the FBI leaked out just enough information to bring down President Nixon.

This is what's happening right now. Members of our intelligence community (CIA, NSA, NRO, acronyms we've never heard of) is slowly leaking out information... If that isn't enough, there are other players involved - the Russians, intelligence agencies of other countries, and yet other players such as that guy in the UK who created the dossier. If this information isn't leaked out by people in the US intelligence community, it will be leaked out by another country, Russia, England, Germany, France, or Wikileaks, or some other third party. This of course doesn't mention the press who is looking for excuse to bring him down.

Then there is this to think of... If this isn't exposed by our intelligence community, a foreign government, Wikileaks, or some other third party.... It will come out with the next Democratic administration. After what the Republicans did to Hillary with her emails, the Democrats will go for the jugular and will start hauling in Republicans in bulk and everyone in the Trump administration, put them under oath, and start asking all kinds of interesting questions (Do you have any business connections with Russia Mr. Trump? How many times have you cheated on your wife Mr. Trump? Have you ever pissed on hookers in a Russian hotel room Mr. Trump?). Imagine calling Ryan into to testify under oath and asking him about his involvement....

I knew this entire Administration was going to be fun to watch. It just gets better and better every day.

(which is a felony to leak that) Anyway...the interview was pretty interesting as O'Reilly really kept dogging this Republican to give him some info on what they know. The one thing that really caught my attention was this: He explained that the DOJ was run by the Obama Administration until Jan. 20th. And that the FBI is of course...part of the DOJ. He said that all of the former Obama officials who worked there until Jan. 20th had access to all kinds of classified info. And he said it doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out that those Obama people are the "Former DOJ and FBI officials" that the media uses as their "Source" for the allegations they keep making on a daily basis. My guess is that the "unnamed US official" was a Democrat who worked under the Obama administration and is just as angry about Trump winning the election as all the Democrats in Washington D.C. are. CNN and the New York Times and Washington Post and Rolling Stone and pretty much any media outlet aren't telling us who these sources are...because they know that the story's would no longer hold any credence if it was revealed that it's political b.s. That's just the way things have been since Trump won the election. Remember? CNN and Hillary Clinton and all the Democrats were saying that when Trump lost by the landslide that they were so wrong about...he needed to accept the results and support Hillary as President. And if he didn't...he was destroying "our" democracy. Funny how since day one of Trump taking office, the Democrats have funded, attended, and publicized protests in the streets against Pres. Trump and Chuck Schumer (who has been a close friend of Trump for decades) came out and said that he would lead the Senate Democrats to oppose ANYTHING that Trump does. Doesn't matter what it is or if it's beneficial to helping people get good jobs or even if Trump cures cancer...Schumer and the Democrats are going to oppose it. Sounds exactly like what they said Trump SHOULDN'T do when they erroneously thought Hillary was going to win. lol The hypocrisy of these politicians and CNN is just astounding. EDIT: Drifting back to the Flynn conversation with the Russian Ambassador for a second...O'Reilly also asked the Arkansas Republican on the Intelligence Committee if he knew if Flynn had been inside Trump tower when that conversation took place that was wiretapped. The guy wouldn't answer...but in light of Trump saying that Obama had Trump Tower under surveillance, this whole thing could blow up in the Democrats faces if that turns out to be true. __________________ -Robbie ClaudiaMarie.Com
