How to setup USA phone# while overseas?
The only thing I need is to receive SMS messages.
I see Skype is available, it's about $60/year Google Voice seems like maybe have some setup (anyone use this, what's the deal here?) Anyone know others? Anything free yet?

I've been using Google Voice since 2009 texting is free. Setup is confirmed via your mobile. Install the GV app on your phone and you're good to go.
