Yeah, they will certainly put women out of work.
Though actually, it seems that AI boyfriends are almost as popular among women as AI girlfriends are for men, especially in China and South Korea. https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/20...ai-boyfriends/ I can imagine that in another 50 years, people will hardly be having real relationships at all, so governments will have to create babies in the lab and rear them in orphanages or something. Or maybe as AI will have taken all jobs by then, it will hardly matter for the economy if couples aren't producing the next generation of tax payers. |

I do have my doubts that AI will overtake the real thing. Sure the appearance may be fine tuned to your liking but you can't ignore the personality or real responses a model can give. Men of course back in the day bought Playboys and pinned their favorites up - but it never replaced them heading out to find a real women.
Now find a AI that can give a blowjob or can actually get into the kink rather than merely act along then you'll have something.
