How do they get these images to shine/pop?

What are they using to get these images to shine and pop etc?

Some type of software? Filter? Something else?

Im not sure what you mean by "pop"? The shine is just a good photographer using HDR

and yes, although they dont even need to be talented editors, an image can be tweaked in seconds in photoshop or as a full batch in Lightroom to enhance lighting etc

If I have a few hundred images to tweak, I can just load them into Lightroom and it will do all the work for me, doesn't have to be manually done?

Talented photographers.

Talented lighting.

Talented makeup.

Talented post-edit.

Adversely - garbage in/garbage out.

There's no secret formula. Take the time and learn all facets of the craft. You can have all the tools of the trade at your disposal and still churn out crap. It takes time to develop.

Starts with lighting.

Then you load into Photoshop. Bring up levels window. Ctrl-L

Slide the far right slider to the left until it is flush with the beginning of the hump in the graph. Now move far left to the right just slightly until it is also flush with the beginning of the hump in the graph. Often this slider doesn't need moving. Now move the middle slider a tad left as needed. The middle slider doesn't need moving very much either.

Now hit ctrl-z several times. This will undo and do your edit showing you what the difference is. It should be dramatic enough that you will wonder, why don't all photographers do this? Especially those who shoot in shitty light?!

There are plugins that do this automatically in batch mode. There are also people in India who batch massive amounts really cheap.

HDR can be a pain in the ass tbh, but yes, good lighting on a photo then a photo shop brightening and bloom on the image

This is exactly why I asked, I seen them offering $1 per image but figured there had to be some automated "batch" type setting.. so they can just load in 100 images or so and get all done automatically?
