Hello,

Thank you for your query.

ePayments is ewallet platform to facilitate cross border payments at competitive rates.
ePayments is not credit card processor.

I am using ePayments since 3 years, there was no problems with the card.
I am paying on petrol stations, shops etc.
The support is very polite everytime.

I am new user on your forum, but on russian boards I have a very good reputation. I am verified exchanger, but since 3 monthes you do not allow to exchange your currency...
It is really pity!

But I am still using your card for my needs)

PS: My recommendations!

For affiliate program owners Epayments is good alternative to payoneer and paxum to pay affiliates and very good alternative to the banking account to get wire transfers, they work with adult. When i got our banking account at Expo Bank closed for payment to adult hosting company Webzilla, we could quickly switch all incoming payments to epayments and were able to pay affiliates with no delay.

For affiliates it's a one of the payments methods and good opportunity to dicrease cash withdrow costs, read their conditions for details. Im using their card for 3 years, guys are growing and there's no problems with ATMs and payments in the Internet for hosting and seevices like aliexpress.

I hope that I've explained well now.

I saw rollups and Epayments table at Webmaster Access 2013 and it was the best discovery of 2013. Almost all russian affiliates use epayments. We have blowed up russian affiliate market when added epayments. It's not a joke. Now clickadu.com is the Best Emerging Company of the Year and it's not a joke too. Thanks, guys!

As an Advertising Network we have been working with ePayments for quite a while. It is one of the payment methods for our publishers as it is simple and fast. Moreover, ePayments is EU regulated company what leaves no questions to the security of transactions. They are easy to fund via wire transfer and they have nice withdrawal limits for their debit cards. No doubts you have my recommendation!

WebClicks offers affiliate payouts by ePayments, it's a great platform with a lot of options for webmasters to withdraw their funds (more than most other e-wallet systems)

some affiliates might spread their traffic over many different affiliate programs and networks

if you are an affiliate and you make 'only' say $100 a month per program, paying $30 for a wire is a lot (+ most programs have a min of $500+ for wires)

For those affiliate e-wallet systems are very convenient to get say 10 $100 payouts send there for free and then cash out $1000 from there by wire, check, etc.
And at the same time they can pay their hosting, link trades, traffic buys and what not from their e-wallets for free as well.

Dear members of the forum,

Hope you are all well.

I would like to apologise for long intro, couldn't avoid :-)

My name is Pari Leesa and I am Head of Sales and Business Development at ePayments. I have been working directly with the business partners of Epayments Systems Ltd since the company has been established.

I had a wonderful opportunity to meet some of you during Prague event (The European Summit 2016) in September. This event was very exciting for us as a newbie, we presented ourselves as PSP on Adult industry for the first time and had a very warm welcome, which I am hoping for the same here :-)

It was my pleasure to attend this event to discuss about your industry face to face and what services you require to improve your daily business operations from financial point of view.

Especially for that event in September, we have launched Anonymous Prepaid MasterCard cards by ePayments to simplify the card ordering and receiving process for your affiliates, models and partners. This card has no embossed name of the card holder and can be dispatched in bulk to any office address in the world or directly to the user, its up to you. If any of you may be interested, please let me know.

ePayments is an e-wallet platform to process payroll to pay affiliates, models, webmasters as Affiliate Network provider and for affiliates a convenient, reliable and easy way to withdrawal cash by using ePayments Prepaid MasterCards and other options available within the system.

Could you please suggest me any Affiliate Network providers you would like us to work with so you can get paid as a webmaster by ePayments?

ePayments always is looking for customer feedback to improve and bring innovative functions to its customers which could improve or benefit them in any way, so please feel free to suggest anything you would like us to add / improve in offered services and will be happy to work towards delivery of such functions within our system.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts soon.

Welcome!

Some questions:

1) Do you use Choice Bank LTD, Belize to issue Mastercards (like Paxum/Payoneer), or some other bank?

2) Will you issue Mastercards for a company name, with a company name on the card?

3) Do you have downloadable detailed PDF statements for the monthly transactions?
If the account holder is a company, will the company name and address show in the header of the statement (and not an individual's name)?

4) When withdawing funds from the account via bank transfer, will your company name show up on my bank statement?
Or do you use third party companies to do the bank transfers for you?

Thanks!

we want to vouch for ePayments.com
we started to use them and will offer it as a payout option to our models.
I personally met and talked with the people at ePayments, from the CEO to the partners support. They offer a very good technical product and a very friendly support.

Hello,

Thank you for your questions. Please see my answers below:

1) ePayments Prepaid Mastercard cards are issued by PSI-Pay Ltd., UK.
2) Cards for business account are issued with embossed name of the account holder, it could be a company director or representative, but not with the company name.
3) Yes, statements can be downloaded in PDF file format. The statement shows the account holder’s name and e-wallet number, no company address details.
4) You will see ePayments Systems Limited in received funds description on your bank statement.

Kind regards,
Lydia, ePayments community-manager

That one is not clear. If the account holder is a company, it will be the company name on the statement? (Just no company address?)

It's the only way for a business to use these statements in its accounting.

Hello,

Account holder for the business account is a person who represents the company, i.e. an individual whose name is displayed on the statement. To confirm the ownership of ePayments business e-Wallet and support the details on the statement, we do provide a document called Membership Application by customer request.

You have made a fair point and thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will take your feedback into account and be adding company details to the monthly statements.

Kind regards,
Lydia, ePayments community-manager

In banking and Legal Industry the other point of view exists on this issue.

Account Holder - the company in your case;
Authorized Person to the Account - the person who legally represents the company.

Regards.

Hello!

I would like to clarify that authorised person/account holder can be the owner of the company or the director, or ultimate beneficial owner, or even a finance director who is responsible for the payments within the company. Such principle is often used in the banking sector. However, ePayments system is not a bank, it is e-money payment platform provider and its structure may be different from the traditional banking system.

Business account in ePayments system allows the business entity to facilitate cross border payments, nevertheless, the registered person as account holder represents the company interests within ePayments system while processing transactions on behalf of the company. This account holder name may change in accordance with the company's request based on relevant documents due to company transformation or replacement of the account holder’s position.

We don't have ready list of major affiliate network provider to share right now but we are working on this and we will make sure it's available soon. Both on this thread and our website (under 'Our Clients' on the main page) you can see the existing partners of ePayments and their feedback. We always welcome suggestions of affiliate provider names if you would like us to invite them to join Epayments.

Good afternoon!

Today we have added a new service for individual account holders for ePayments: transfers to Yandex wallets!

If you have any business partners or affiliates in CIS countries, where Yandex is very popular, then you will benefit from this service. The fee is 2% per transaction. To process the transfer please go to menu Transfer->Yandex.

Sincerely yours,
Lydia,
ePayments community-manager

I've been working with epayments since pretty much day one and I've been very happy with their services.

Very far superior to other competing cards.

If you're not using them you should most certainly give them a try.

Yet another great news to share with our customers!

Live Chat - new customer support communication channel has been launched!

Live Chat is only available on the Home page of our website (soon we plan to switch the service to personal account area). Current Live Chat working days are: Monday-Friday.
Eventually we will extend the operating hours depending on the demand.

Live Chat team will be happy to assist you with any questions related to ePayments services. More complex issues (for example: transactions, data recovery, etc) should be specified via tickets or email as usual.

We are delighted to announce that Epayments Group has been granted the status of MasterCard® principal member. This confirms that our payment system follows the high payment security standards and the reliability of its financial activities.

This status allows us to issue MasterCard® cards directly, without any intermediaries giving us more opportunities to best improve and expand the range of our products according to our clients and the market needs. It is worth pointing out that only around 10% of financial institutions worldwide have the status of MasterCard® principal member.

I would never trust my money to bunch of Russians who will bail out on you sooner or later.

We are happy to announce that ePayments received the highest level of compliance with the standard for secure processing, storage and transmission of cardholder data - PCI DSS level 1.

PCI security standards are technical and operational requirements set to protect cardholder data. To create this standard major payment card brands (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB.) established the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, PCI SSC.

The main focus of PCI DSS is on the protection of cardholder data, establishing security milestones, and lowering the risk of a cardholder data breach.

Today we’re pleased to announce that all payments made with MasterCard SecureCode, will be completed via a 3D-Secure protocol. You will receive a request to enter a SecureCode on the site from an SMS sent to the card holder’s mobile number.

More than one million online merchants in 122 countries support transactions made with SecureCode.
Usually you’ll find the following logo on their websites:

From the start we’ve been offering ePayments Prepaid Mastercard® cards for 35 USD and maintenance fee was charged once a year at the same cost. During our service we have learnt that annual fee causes inconvenience.

Based on your feedback we've created new structure you surely will be pleased to hear.

Now we offer the following:
  • ePayments Prepaid Mastercard® card price - 5.95 USD for a USD card, and 4.95 EUR for a Euro card
  • monthly maintenance fee - 2.9 USD / 2.4 EUR per month

If you order a card by the 1st June, the first two months of card maintenance will be free of charge!

On top of that, you can still continuously use your card for FREE! Here is how:

When you make purchases for 300 USD/EUR on a dollar or euro card in one month - the next month’s card maintenance will be free of charge.

For those who have already paid a yearly maintenance fee, the transition to the new payment system will take place when the paid maintenance period expires.
