When you say "affiliate" I assume you mean an "affiliate program".

Wire tracing needs to be done by the person/company that SENT the wire. I'd say the first step is for the program to send you a copy of the wire confirmation report to prove that they actually sent it. Then, have them put a trace on it.

How long has it been? I've seen wire transfers take anywhere from 20 minutes to 10 days.

Tell the affiliate to request a MT103 from their bank.

there also could be issues with how much your account has been wired from foreign sources.. (ie, payments held for review)

id also check your account to make sure it hasn't been with any wire fees debited, and they(your bank) forgot to credit the wire while checking it?

Ask the person who sent you the wire to do a SWIFT trace and show it to you.

I had this problem with first-time with a receiving account at a new bank (probably -- no one admitted to it).

just to add: if there is an intermediary bank, it can prolong the delivery time

Ever consider what a bankster can make in interest by delaying 10% of his intermediary wires by 2 days?

New Bentley Continental Convertible -- easy money. IDK, let us trace that transaction this might take a few days ...

Never happened to me before. When I get paid by wire I get the money on the next day after being sent. Sometimes I had delays of two days or getting them on a Monday or a Tuesday, if being sent on a Friday. Have the sender bank check, if there is an intermediary bank. They may be fucking it up.

okay, so.. this still hasnt been resolved. the company sent me a wire trace, I phoned my bank, they said wire has been cancelled from the other end.. so this is a case of he said, she said..

is there a definitive way for me to end this? The company who is paying me could just say " oh this has been sent, and not returned to us " forever, funnily enough, I have been getting paid from them fine for years, and got another payment last week, Just missing 2 past payments
