This was announced a week or two ago.
The whole acquisition of Penthouse / AFF was a play to go public by Bell. That play didn't work out and the original owner of AFF is back in the drivers seat. Best of luck to both companies.

I had posted a few weeks ago about the sale. It was finalized on Feb 19th. We are in the process of rebuilding the entire site moving to NATS etc. All links are still being tracked through the friend finder system and all payouts are being made by Penthouse.
