I requested an affiliate payment (wire) on May 05.
One month later, I submitted a support ticket and received a quick reply telling me that the wire would go out in the next 3-4 days.
Almost 2 months have passed since they promised to send the wire, and I still haven't received anything.
I have sent 3 more messages in the meantime, but no reply whatsoever...

This company really is doing some shady ass crap to it's clients, I can't believe people are still processing with them after all the evidence that is building up against them that they misused (stole, borrowed) clients money

Yeah indeed. In my case it's just rebills.
It already looked bad for a long time but now i actually expect a blank page anytime soon. It can't get much worse before it all implodes.

Anybody heard from them yet?
My card is still not loaded. My payout from Zombaio on the 23rd didn't go through and i don't know what to do anymore.
The thing is do i cancel all my active members i still have with them?
The last thing i want to happen is that these crooks keep making money they will never pay out. But obviously i also don't want to cancel perfectly fine rebills if it's not neccesary.

What is the last time someone here heard from them?
Are they still replying to people at all?

This is the impression I have been getting after reading most of the posts here:

In my opinion:

Zombaio is making alternating payouts to websites that are still processing with them and bringing in cash flow which they can use to make other payouts to site owners that are also still processing with them.

If you have pulled the plug with Zombaio and are trying to get back funds due, or rebills due, good fucking luck. Why would they make your payouts when you are no longer sending them funds they can use? Illegal, yes, but they know you can't and won't do shit about it.

They are juggling new incoming funds and paying (very late of course) accounts that are still processing and bringing in money. The other dead or rebilling accounts are in limbo until they can start generating enough new incoming cash to start paying old dead accounts off. (might take years)

I'm basing it on the fact that they haven't closed down (yet) and seem to be struggling which means they intend to stay open. If they were going to close down, they would've a long time ago. It makes no sense for them to be struggling and paying certain accounts if their intention was to close down. Their chat line seems to be open 4 days out of the week. Again, a sign that they are struggling to try and keep their business afloat. They must've crunched the numbers and can see a solution in the long run, but for now, as sites pull out, those sites are not going to get paid anytime soon.

I think they are keeping their chat line open to grease and calm people down so they will continue processing with them, another sign they wish to keep the business running.

Overall it looks like a sinking ship, but they must have some type of plan because they are still bailing water out and haven't given up.

They are second in my cascade and only do maybe 15 new joins a month with us now. We still have 120 members or so with them but quite a few are non recurring and bought multi-month joins.

They were one week late with our settlement but took 2 weeks to transfer funds to our Redpass. As I'm being told by them they are working on straightening shit out but don't hold your breath.

I said from the beginning if they wanted to rip people off they would have done it before all the late payments and everybody pulling their processing. They have taken a huge hit no doubt from all the flaming.

It made us do something we should have done much earlier anyways and that was find alternative billing options/cascading. If you haven't done so yet with whoever you're with you should do it as soon as possible.

They had a lot to offer, great rates, realtime stats and no up front fees.

I hope they can pull it together. Time will tell.

Now before you come in talking shit showme69 lets not forget why you lost your account with them. You couldn't follow a simple list of words not to use in your descriptions. These words are being searched by mastercard. Remember putting that little code on your page? Remember the part about Bram violations? And you still got your fucking money.

I agree 100% with your first 3 , but when it comes to the reason they have not closed I believe they will . In my head I first believed it would be in August . I still believe that . No I do not think it will happen the first week because of to many re-bills . Right now they are keeping all the money from re-bills like you said and this is keeping them going . It will end soon .
The worst part is not only have some of us lost by not being payed but we have also lost customers do to having a different biller . Customers like the same flow process when signing up or paying and when things change they get very upset .

Sounds about right, would be nice if they would finally put my small ACH withdrawal that has been pending for 2+ weeks through before they go down though

Paully I know why I lost my account and it had nothing to really do with Bram violations and everything to do with bitching about late payouts and shady practices. The reality is I had a business agreement with a company I thought was honest and ethical and they turned out not to be and I lost 5 years worth of rebill, of which I was only able to re-sign up about 35%, my lesson learned. Did I get all of my money from Zombaio, probably not, as they wouldn't give me access to reconcile everything, did I get some money, yes.

What really amazes me is the cheerleading you do for a company, that is currently screwing people and has screwed people. No one forced Zombaio to use/borrow/steal funds that was not theirs. Let's be honest this is really called "THEFT". Whether or not this company gets their shit together or not is irrelevant, once a thief always a thief and I would not trust my money with, nor would I recommend them to anybody else.

You are entitled to your opinion, as I am entitled to mine about Zombaio, lets leave it at that. Time and their actions are telling the true story about this company, and so far it isn't looking so good

So i do believe now they are not trying to steal or dissapear, they simply have problems paying everyone on time. But obviously i'm not gonna process with them again.
Also the trick seems to be to contact Zombaio directly about Redpass stuff. I don't think there is anyone reading the Redpass support tickets at all.

2 weeks to load your Mastercard is just another tactic to delay payment, so now it takes 5 weeks to get money collected. This company is just a bunch of thieves, the reason Tomas doesn't come on here to explain things is that it is unexplainable, why don't they have all the funds to pay everybody right now. Where is the money? I think we all know what happened they spent your money, now they want time to pay it back. What's motivating these guys isn't ethical behavior, but the prospect of a Swedish jail cell. Their payment plan is Ponzi 101, and that never ends good. Get your rebill money from these clowns and process your new stuff through ccbill,epoch, verotel or any other company that doesn't have sticky fingers and lame bullshit excuses.

It is only the domino effect because they stole/borrowed money, had they not done this, they would be and should be paying everybody on time. This is a problem they created by being crooked. The only thing they are trying to do now is pay it back and hope they can stay in business and not go to jail (get caught).

Same here. Payment status cleared but no money for past month. It is late by 6 weeks now. Not looking good at all. If I don't the money in next week, I will cancel all subscriptions

They loaded my card also yesterday (ater 10 days waiting), payment from zombaio still not recived like others... thay said monday but now even chat isn't working anymore

last chat was like this:

" The delays has been caused by the new way our acquirers sends us our settlements which now takes much longer for us to receive and has therefore caused a delays. My sincere apology for the inconvenience this causes but we're working on getting this corrected"

What will happen, will visa/mastercard block them at some stage because i see there will be much reports from affilates and than even customers/reffunds etc

Also what will be with money affilates have in that e-wallet or mastercard/choice bank belize. When epassporte got down money was realised to affilates...

It never hurts to take a screen shot of what is owed to you , reserves and not paid money . At some point this is going to get ugly and no reason not to send in your owed money amounts even you won't see any . I would not be surprised to see some payouts late this week or early next . They want that first of the month re-bills and if they make a few payments and people come to the forum and say hey I got paid , then they will be guaranteed that first of the month money from re-bills before they shut off the lights .I only have reserves left and every month goes by I am more sure I will never see it . I can tell you at this point visa/mastercard are at their front door . Mastercard should have been on them a long time ago with all the redpass stuff they were pulling about card not loading and it is all mastercards fault . Yea with Zombaio its either mastercard or acquirers or the dog ate your payout ....I have heard them all .

Download your subscriber list csv file under reports from them. I would do that as soon as possible.

Good alternatives are Netbilling for your own MID, CCbill, Verotel, 2000 Charge for all in one solutions.

I can say I was about... 16 payments behind around May or whenever they sent out the email about changing terms of service. I'm about 6 or 7 behind now. They still aren't reliable enough for me to ever use them as a primary biller again. But I'm still pretty confident that I'll get my money, just not on a reliable or consistent enough basis for run a business that relies on them. As for the chat, I talked to David by chat last week, and he said Jesper was out of town until the end of the month. My guess is that's the reason it was so hard to get anyone by chat and the answers to support was delayed.

You guys gotta do what you gotta do, I don't really have any strong feelings about Zombaio one way or the other but personally I'm till using them for rebills, and don't plan on canceling mine becuase they're still paying out.. its late, but I think everyone, at least for now, will still end up getting their money.

As near as I can tell, ePass were criminals. I mistrusted them and thankfully had no funds in ePass when they ran with everyone's money.

There is a HUGE difference between trying to rip people off and falling on unexpected hard times, hopefully temporarily. I just got in another payment from Zombaio, so I believe they are working on getting current.

I don't understand why anyone would cancel their rebills. If the worst happens and Zombaio goes down, you could lose some money. But you are a lot more sure of losing your money actually rejecting payments from members.
