I hate being called.

I hate the fact people expect you to pick up.

I hate the fucking mp3 players on it that people use to play their shitty 50 cent songs on the streets.

If you're going on a trip, you can buy a prepaid emergency cell phone which works for nothing else but 911. In fact in the US, all cell phones are (were when I sold them anyway) required to work for 911 even if they have no service attached to them. You can trash pick one and keep it for 911.

Just take you phone to any convention, (Xbiz, Phoenix Forums, Internext, etc.) and set it on a table, turn your back for 5 seconds to say Hi to someone, then turn back around..

Poof, no more phone problem... Worked well for me this past Xbiz.

My own damned fault for "trusting" that I could turn my back for 5 seconds....
