Ok ... This dosen't work like a conventional email program but I guarantee you that you will make more money with that then a normal one ...

If they're good with captured date/time, IP of double opt-in, and it's made known in your email join form that you dont promise NOT to distribute them, then just put them for sale. By which I mean just email any people you think might buy.. I'd think that should do the trick. Makes sense anyway.
