You have any idea on a ballpark conversion wise? For say a generic website about dating or cams. Of course I know this is hard to judge but just curious if you have any expedience or if you have any vouches for this service.

That question would be close to impossible to answer -- it not only depends on quality traffic but also the quality of the web site the traffic is going to. I have this other thread running right now and the others like what they see https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1144462
