This would be the pure CSS / HTML version of the template. You would need to implement this into whatever script you decided to use, if you decide on MechBunny then Konrad has a team to help out.

For a non-exclusive tube template, I am realizing this price is too high. I must have been too tired last night to decide on the price.

Konrad's designers team is 1 man show = Prezz who just died
P.S.: even $65 is a bit too much for a non exclusive design. Some designers sell non exclusive designs (but limited to max 10 customers) for $49

The more I think about it and the lack of interest on non-exclusive templates has convinced me to sell exclusive only. This template did not sell to anyone. I had way more interest / sales on the exclusive designs.

I will sell this template to get rid of it for $125 exclusive (Others sell for $300-400 exclusive), or if you would like the CSS/HTML with it, then I will sell it for $175 total.

Would love to make a deal and sell this off today to anyone interested. Make an offer.

Prez doesn't work for us - he just shares our office. We don't have any design staff at all, only programmers. Also he's not very dead - We were out at a bar together like 15 minutes ago

LOL that is why he doesn't answer me for few weeks, he is drunk??? He suppose to finish the mobile design for which i payed in advance....it's been few months now and my mobile design is still the MB default template.
