the first time they did it was in 2000 when they gave financial, logistical and campaign support to vojislav kostunica...he won LOL...one could argue that the counter candidate was milosevic, this would be a fair argument but they have done it in every single election after that...

particularly interesting is their involvement in kosovo where war criminals (according to the USA) suddenly became democratic leaders but american generals and politicians got to own billions in kosovo minerals and local telecom...the heavy heavy war crimes accusations suddenly disappeared...poof! gone like magic!

but russia is bad! baaaad!
