In another category you can vote for the same person by their board nic or their real name.

Seems like the person handling this doesn't give a shit about attention to detail. The situation also splits that person/company's votes which could allow somebody else to win in error.

There may be more. Those are just 2 that jumped out at me. Please check and make clarifications or at least combine the votes for those listed twice.
