I wanted to hear your thoughts on what you all feel the best country to incorporate a new service company in this business space would be?

The factors I am considering are:

1. Low Cost of Incorpoarttion

2. A global client base but mostly the Americas and Europe

3. Low Corp Tax Rate

Any help from you all will be greatly appreciated!
