It really doesn't matter that much what networks you use. Media buying is an economy; media buyers work with every network to find the best deal. So the prices average out, like they do in any economy. You end up getting roughly the same price for your traffic, regardless what network you sell it to.

You can get better CPM by having popular, premium sites. Then advertisers will be willing to pay more for space on your sites.

One really good way to monetize your tube is to push the traffic back to the video sources. For example if you post a video from brazzers you should have a prominent header affiliate link back to brazzers.

You can also look into selling skimmed traffic on sites like trafficholder...it's a little bit cleaner than popunders
