Had a convo with a neighbour, says lots of work is needed to make it good. Gas and water are present. It's a one way road where only locals would drive into. Could be a summer house, the sea is not far away.

Of course, Poland can offer something on a budget too, but lately, prices are going up and can't coop with the2-2,5K per square meter in a rainy, foggy and polluted with smog area of Malopolska.

The mentioned house, won't be dealing with it, but still it's a sign there are low priced properties in Italy.

Personally, I have found apartments in different towns in Northern Italy 50-70k EUR for 60-80 square meters. Ideal, IMO, turn key apartments 77-90 sq.m. start at 90-100k. Still cheaper than in Poland.
