When it comes to stuff like this, you honestly should not look for the cheapest. Your hosting is a vital part of your business and should be treated as such.
Avoid sales pitches like "unlimited bandwidth" and similar claims as it's just not true.
Consider a place you can start small and scale up as needed. And then determine if you need it managed or not. It's not likely you're going to get a managed service of any decent quality, or even a self-managed cpanel deal of any real quality, for $50 annually.
