The problem is republicans purposely try to make govt fail so they can then claim private business can do it better.

You can bet your ass that with him being so tied up in NY real estate that he's putting someone like her in that position because she will do whatever he wants and not know any better.

This is a move to steal federal money by using that dept to pay his own properties or his cronies.
