There will be no recession on house prices while demand is fueled by a growing population.

The reason houses are cheap in the North is there are too few jobs up there. Maybe moving all the long-term unemployed to the North would be a good move. Or just keep going on as they are and keep seeing the cost of housing rise.

How do you propose the prices of houses should come down? Please, no more talk of building houses for Ģ100k which is what Corbyn proposed. We have seen what cut-price housing leads to.
