A lot of those databases are driven by user contributed data or else by the producers own catalogue database having been scraped. Generally you will find less info on smaller budget films especially those with limited viewership. I think the budget and viewership of adult productions is microscopic in comparison to even the lowest budget feature length movie, and even adult scenes with a dedicated fan base is bound to have less vocal fans, it seems a lot of people are less will to discuss their masturbation experience than a general cinematic experience.
